Summary/Objective: Seeking a highly motivated, hands-on Project Manager/Scrum Master to join the Growth Team’s Digital Organization. This crew member will successfully drive team projects and large internal development efforts from initiation and planning to full execution and delivery. As a Project Manager/Scrum Master you will resolve impediments and have influence over agile processes for your teams. This position requires Scrum background and knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and requires the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong customer service orientation, continuous improvement and innovation mindset who drives collaboration and teamwork while exemplifying project management skills at different levels of the organization. This position requires SAFe methodology knowledge.
