This position will be responsible for two key activities within a territory - coaching/leading advisors and advisor teams and recruiting advisors and advisor teams. Advisor teams include senior advisors, associate advisors, RSMR's, sales assistants/coordinators. Advisor managers will be responsible for the revenue/sales goals and recruiting goals of the territory.
