Overview Are you interested in joining a dynamic and international team of professionals to transform education? IE University's IE School of Politics, Economics and Global Affairs Bachelor is looking for a Program Assistant to join its team! The Program Assistant is the first point of contact with students and professors on a day-to-day basis. The Program Assistant will assist the Program Management team by carrying out all administrative tasks necessary for the smooth running and delivery of the program. This role reports to the Program Manager and the Program Directors. In particular, this role is suitable for a person aware of the importance of customer service, with qualities of good adaptation to different scenarios, a good understanding of the priorities of a management team and capable of carrying out tasks as diverse as important at the same time delivering positive impact on their daily interactions.
