QA / QC Manager

Job description

Location : Fayetteville, NC Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance / Quality Control Manager with 5+ years of commercial construction experience. The QA/QC Manager will work closely with all members of the project team — including project managers, engineers, superintendents, and project accountants — to ensure the highest standards of quality across all construction activities. Key Responsibilities: - Review contract documents including drawings, specifications, and engineering reports. - Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Control program that incorporates project specification requirements, installed work checklists, benchmarks, and mock-ups. - Review and evaluate QC programs of B2 Constructors subcontractors to ensure alignment with project goals. - Manage the implementation of the project's QC plan and ensure subcontractor compliance. - Conduct regular QC meetings and issue meeting minutes to relevant stakeholders. - Review project specifications and submittals for compliance and accuracy. - Perform inspections of installed work to verify quality standards are met. - Provide training for jobsite personnel on QC processes and best practices....
