Job Overview: Working under direct supervision, this position performs maintenance of the building facilities and support equipment; and hazardous waste support. Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties: - Performs basic repair for building systems, including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, structural and cosmetic. - Performs basic building and grounds maintenance. - Assist with ice and snow removal on walkways to ensure safety standards. - Interact with cleaning company to assure cleaning needs are met. - Help maintain HVAC system. - Provide backup coverage for Custodial Assistant job duties. - Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer se...
