onsemi’s East Fishkill (EFK) 300mm manufacturing site is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to lead environmental operations, regulatory engineering and waste and warehouse operations. This role is critical to ensuring safe, compliant, and highly reliable environmental and infrastructure systems that enable uninterrupted manufacturing operations - consistent with onsemi’s standards for world-class facilities support. Key Responsibilities: Environmental Operations & Engineering: Lead daily operations of five wastewater treatment plants and hazardous waste operations, ensuring the safety of employees and the reliability of service. Manage a team of engineers, specialists, and technicians, providing coaching and driving operational excellence. Oversee environmental monitoring, operational controls, documentation, and program audits. Lead interactions with regulatory agencies and ensure 100% compliance with permit requirements and reporting obligations. Accountable for environmental regulatory submissions.
