Summary/Primary Purpose: This position protects, guides, stimulates, and helps the children in our program. This position shares in developing our programs and program procedures. This position becomes the counselor, teacher, spiritual leader, confidante, and role model. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Regular attendance at work is an essential function of the position. - Prepare for daily lessons. - Lead and participate in all facets of the program: recreation, snack, craft, pool, fieldtrips, etc. - Prepare snacks. - Provide Christian devotions. - Enforce and adhere to the facility policies of no swearing, no alcoholic drinking, no drug use and no violence. - Follow progressive disciplinary procedures when needed. - Check out and check in equipment, putting...
