SUMMARY: The Sales Manager assists the Division Vice President in managing the overall success of assigned branches, by maximizing profitability, generating sales individually and through the leadership of others. This role monitors the performance of the sales teams or branches within the region and re-allocates resources to improve overall results. JOB DUTIES: Assists in leading the sales strategy and growth plan for a division set by the Division VP. Supervises the sales performance of multiple branches. Implements corporate initiatives, policies, and procedures to support the overall direction of Motion Industries. Responsible for achieving accounts sales and profit goals within a defined geographic area. Covers all aspects of sales, including strategic and product planning, account management, training, and sales support.
