About The Role: Baird is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join the Operations Department as a Tax & Cost Reporting Sr Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation, production, and issuance of client tax statements and IRS filings, while maintaining deep expertise in the Internal Revenue Code and IRS regulations applicable to tax information reporting. You will serve as a trusted partner to Operations leadership by delivering complex problem solving, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading process optimization efforts across tax and cost reporting activities. The Sr Analyst will play a key role in long-term strategic planning, data integrity oversight, vendor management, and productivity and efficiency initiatives, ensuring Operations is well positioned to meet evolving regulatory and client needs.
