This individual utilizes advanced diagnostic skills, Hyundai-specific systems knowledge, and technical expertise to efficiently identify and resolve vehicle concerns. The Hyundai Technician works closely with the Service Advisors, Parts Department, and Service Management team to ensure an exceptional customer experience and high-quality workmanship. The Hyundai Technician reports directly to the Service Manager.
