RESPONSIBILITIES: - Help implement operational strategies and standardization across QTS. - Support college recruiting, internships and TA Technologies. - Partner with support teams to ensure legal compliance. - Manage recruitment related technologies and reporting. - Partner with technology teams in identifying system challenges/fixes and testing. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience. - Five or more years of relevant work experience. - Minimum one year of corporate recruiting experience. - Strong Project Management and prioritization skills. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience supporting remote customers. - One or more year of Workday Recruiting Module experience.
