Overview Job Summary: The Health Services Assistant supports the Health Services department by assisting with employee care, administrative functions, and communication. This role plays a key part in promoting employee health, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting daily Health Services operations in a fast-paced production environment. Essential Job Functions: - Lead pre-shift health screenings as assigned - Assist with employee care and first aid under the direction of Health Services staff - Provide translation services (English/Spanish/Creole) for employees during Health Services visits, physical therapy appointments, and related interactions - Assist with hearing tests and other basic health-related screenings - Complete filing, data entry, and maintain accurate Health Services records - Support coordination of employee care, including appointments and follow-ups as needed - Maintain strict confidentiality of all employee health information in compliance with HIPAA regulations - Assist with Health Services programs such as stretches, early intervention, and follow-up initiatives - Perform other related duties as assigned to support departmental and operational needs -...
