Job description

Overview The Logistics Specialist II is responsible for supervising and performing management or warehouse functions in order to maintain equipment records and parts for the Capability Program Executive, Intelligence, Electronic Warfare, and Sensors (CPE IEW&S) Program Management Offices. Responsibilities: · Perform analyses across multiple databases to develop a comprehensive overview of a program. · Works with logisticians and PMs throughout the PEO to ensure each product is represented accurately within the Army enterprise. · Briefs senior leaders on analytical findings, processes, and recommended courses of action from conceptual stages through divestiture of each program. · Establish and maintain stock records and other documents, such as inventory, material control, accounting, and supply reports · Review and verify quantities received against bills of contracts, purchase requests, and shipping documents, noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages · Unload, unpack, count, segregate, palletize, and store incoming supplies and equipment in accordance with prescribed storage methods; rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials; examining stored materials and...
