Overview Salary Range: $105,628-$177,513: The Design Lead will have deep expertise in Manhattan SCALE WMS to lead solution design, configuration, and implementation efforts across our warehouse operations. This role is critical in translating business requirements into scalable, efficient WMS solutions that drive operational excellence. This role will also require owning the end-to-end implementation of projects the individual will be assigned to. Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding experience for new clients. - Focus on the functional design of Manhattan SCALE WMS solutions across inbound, outbound, inventory, and labor management processes. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into functional specifications. - Configure workflows, business rules, and location strategies using Manhattan SCALE tools. - Serve as the design authority during implementation, ensuring consistency and scalability across sites. - Partner with technical teams to support integration with ERP systems, automation equipment, and reporting platforms. - Facilitate & participate UAT , tr...
