Non-Financial Risk Coordinator (LOD1): Do you have passion for non-financial risk management while working also closely with Business? We are now looking for a Non-Financial Risk Coordinator (1st line) as a parental leave cover (fixed term contract for 4-6 months) to join our local Risk & Compliance team in an international leasing company. About the role: We are offering a fixed term contract for 4-6 months due to a parental leave which would be a great opportunity for a proactive and self-motivating person with already some experience in risk management, preferably in banking sector. In this role you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring and mitigating non-financial risks within Ayvens Finland. Your main responsibility will be ensuring that L1C control frameworks are robust, effectively implemented and continuously improved.
