Job Description We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to lead our Technical Solutions sales team across the Detroit–Pittsburgh–Columbus territory . This role will focus on strengthening the existing sales culture while driving growth and managing an established book of business. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record in sales leadership, with success in high-value, solution-based (intangible/service) sales, and understands how to align sales and operations to deliver a winning service culture. This leader will be responsible for developing the existing sales culture, driving new business growth, and managing an established portfolio of accounts. This role requires the ability to see the “big picture” and effectively align sales strategy with operational execution to deliver strong client outcomes and sustained growth. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and achieving results in complex, conceptual, service-based sales environments.
