As a Facility Coordinator, your daily responsibilities will include: ㅤ - Manage and organize supplier contracts - Monthly budget control of facility areas - continuous analysis of cost-saving potentials - Compliance with cost control and adherence of processes - Secure that all necessary repair and maintenance works are being done - Managing a team of onsite facilities. - Must take personal responsibility to understand and comply with all company and client security requirements and policies - Reception team management, reception overview. - Preparation of rooms for meeting/trainings/events - Prepare and follow up with audits (internal and external) - Overview of 2 sites in Lisbon 8000 sqm. To be successful in this role, you will need: Education and experience. 2/3 year college degree or directly related work experience.
