Job DetailsJob Location: Nashville - Nashville, TN 37212The General Council on Finance and Administration (GCFA) invites applications for the position of Human Resources Manager. This role serves as the operational leader of the Human Resources function, supporting the Chief Officer of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources in executing strategic priorities and overseeing day-to-day HR service delivery. This role manages core HR operations, supervises HR staff within a shared services model, delivering high quality HR services to affiliated ministries and entities. In addition, the HR Manager is responsible for implementing HR programs and serving as a primary HR partner to assigned client organizations. This includes supporting leaders with employee relations, recruitment, HRIS utilization, performance management, and policy application. The role ensures consistent, compliant, and effective HR service delivery aligned with organizational goals and the mission of the General Agencies of The United Methodist Church.
