IT Operations Supervisor

Job description

PURPOSE: We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Supervisor to lead our IT Operations team supporting both infrastructure and application environment. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage mission-critical systems and ensure high availability in fast-paced environments where uptime and response times are essential. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES: The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following: - Lead and supervise the IT Operations team responsible for both infrastructure and application support. - Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of mission-critical systems. - Act as a hands-on technical leader, actively participating in troubleshooting, incident management, and operational improvements. - Manage and coordinate incident response, root cause analysis, and service restoration to minimize downtime. - Oversee daily IT operations including system monitoring, deployments, and maintenance activities. - Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure smooth operational support. - Implement and maintain best practices for operational excellence, monitoring, and incident manage...
