The Opportunity The Operations Enablement Specialist provides support on key corporate priorities, operations program development, process improvement, performance measures and reporting while supporting the Operations Excellence leadership team. Status: Regular Full-Time, Union: Number of Positions: 1 Pay Grade: 14 (Starting at $39.94 per hour) Location: Various Locations (Hybrid) Reports to: Leader, Operational Enablement As an Operations Enablement Specialist, you will: Provide Process Improvement - Maintains and develops policies and standard operating procedures to ensure adherence with internal standards and evolving practices and systems. - Coordinates the development of process tools, procedures and systems for department. - Works on assigned process improvement projects that are aligned with the strategic priority projects and/or initiates process improvement projects to drive improved department efficiencies.
