Application Deadline: 04/30/2026 Address: 100 King Street West Job Family Group: Audit, Risk & Compliance This role leads end‑to‑end execution of Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI) Capital Adequacy Requirements (CAR) compliance programs, including the annual CAR Self‑Assessment Process (SAP) supporting CRO attestation and ongoing CAR compliance issue monitoring and reporting. The incumbent will be a central “run‑the‑engine” leader—coordinating across Lines of Business, Risk, Finance, Model Risk, and Technology—ensuring consistent interpretation, defensible documentation, timely governance approvals, and audit‑ready outputs. The role also supports regulator‑facing initiatives (e.g., OSFI application work requiring CAR self‑assessments and associated artifacts). Key Accountabilities: Leads annual planning, scoping, stakeholder onboarding, and execution of the CAR SAP through assessment, challenge, consolidation, and final packaging for governance and audit timelines.
