About This Role: The Residential Upgrade Electrician / ESC Electrician is responsible for performing Electrical Service Changes (ESCs) and related electrical work to support residential solar installations. This role ensures that service upgrades, panel work, and interconnections are completed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with NEC requirements, local AHJ standards, and company quality expectations.
