Position Description: We're looking for an HR Lead to own the people & talent experience for Blueair North America (~50 people). Reporting directly to the Global Chief of Staff, you'll bring the strategic thinking of a seasoned HR leader while staying close to the day-to-day work that keeps our teams running. You'll serve as a credible thought-partner to our senior leaders on their organization design & team culture while also being in the weeds on operations, employee relations, recruiting, and compliance.
