At Parkdean Resorts, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and safety focused Assistant Activity & Leisure Manager to help deliver our swimming pool and on park activity programme. This hands on role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast paced leisure environment and enjoys leading teams, supporting guest experience, and ensuring safe and compliant operations. As an Assistant Activity & Leisure Manager, you’ll work closely with the Activity & Leisure Manager to ensure all swimming pool and activity operations run safely, smoothly, and to the highest standard. You’ll support team leadership, ensure compliance with operational and safety procedures, and help deliver a fun, engaging programme for guests of all ages.
