This posting has two openings: 1st position will be supporting west region integrity corrosion control projects Office out of Abilene: 2nd position will be supporting integrity corrosion control projects within Storage and Compression facilities Primarily focused on east region S&C corrosion control but could support other S&C locations on an as-needed basis Office out of Athens: THIS JOB DESCRIPTION DOES NOT ATTEMPT TO LIST ALL OF THE DUTIES THAT ARE OR MAY BE PERFORMED IN THIS POSITION Primary Duties: 1. Performs and may lead a full range of activities associated with cathodic protection systems as applicable for compliance. Performs such work in accordance with Company, regulatory and safety procedures. 2. Collects information to aid in the design of cathodic protection systems. 3. Conducts electrical surveys and current requirement tests for the installation maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of cathodic protection systems. 4. Inspects and monitors corrosion control work of contractor and company crews including the installation of anodes, test stations, beds, rectifiers and insulation fittings. 5.
