Integrated Health Coach – Lake County, Indiana $22–$25/hour | Full-Time | In-Person | M–F 9AM–5PM Rate depends on language proficiency (Spanish fluency at $25/hr) Start Date: June 9, 2026: Location: Across Lake County — wherever members need you most!
