Requirements: What You’ll Do: Provide day‑to‑day local and remote desktop support, handling inbound calls and tickets while troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system, and application issues. Perform break/fix support, fault diagnosis, and resolution across Windows and basic Mac environments, printers, peripherals, and approved enterprise applications. Collaborate with supervisors, managers, and third‑party vendors to ensure consistent service delivery, clear communication, and SLA compliance across all shifts.
