We’re looking for a talented and commercially driven individual to join our Westfield Rise team as a Lead Brand Solutions Manager . Westfield Rise (WR) is URW’s in-house agency, acting as a one-stop shop for brands to create innovative, high-impact campaigns powered by a best-in-class retail media platform. Our offering spans brand experience, partnerships, media, digital platforms and data-led solutions—helping clients connect with audiences in meaningful and measurable ways. Our team is made up of three core functions: Client Solutions – managing inbound demand, building long-term partnerships, and growing and retaining key clients New Business – driving incremental revenue through new client acquisition and strategic, high-value partnerships Media & Data – focused on media partnerships, revenue optimisation, agency network development, and performance-led solutions This role sits within Westfield Rise UK (part of our Northern Europe region, including Sweden, Denmark and the Netherlands) and will lead the Client Solutions team .
