Job Description The Position: We are currently seeking a Marketing Senior Specialist – Contraception/Nexplanon (PT/Nordics/Switzerland) to join our Women’s Health & Contraception Franchise , based in Portugal. This role is part of the Women’s Health Marketing Team for the North West Europe Cluster and reports directly to the Franchise Lead . Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy and Execution: Lead the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with market landscapes, customer needs, and competitive dynamics. Govern compliant campaign ideation and execution while driving synergies between markets and optimizing capabilities. Women’s Health Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of the WH, with a focus on contraception with a strong focus on Nexplanon brand, to tailor marketing strategies and campaigns that meet market and customer needs effectively. Customer-Centric Approach: Utilize customer insights and behavior analysis to design personalized, data-driven campaigns that enhance engagement across multiple channels.
