Description Description: This job is responsible for supervising, planning, coordinating, and leading computer-related systems and processes to support operations efficiently and cost effectively. The role will supervise technical professionals while maintaining responsibility for departmental operations. The IT Supervisor’s essential functions will include: 1. Monitor performance of SIA’s information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure. 2. Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across SIA to develop solutions for IT needs. 3. Act as Subject Matter Expert within SIA for development and maintenance of ERP software (IQMS) 4. Develop and implement contingency planning/disaster recovery plan. 5. Support processes and procedures within JSOX (Japanese version) compliance and ISO certification requirements. 6.
