The squad is delivering a greenfield platform underpinned by an API-first integration pattern, replacing an earlier data-transformation-led approach. The work is hands-on, fast-moving, and under significant time-to-market pressure — testing maturity is being built up alongside delivery, and the QAs we appoint will help shape the testing framework.
