Job description

Job Summary Member of the warehouse operations team. The Material Handler performs manual and clerical duties related to shipping, receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing and delivering a variety of materials, equipment and aircraft parts in an aircraft manufacturing environment. Reports to Cirrus Materials Supervisor. Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions: - Company vehicle driving requirements estimated at 10%; must have valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. - Unpacks, examines, counts and labels incoming material. - Records receipts and reports discrepancies. - Performs receiving, put away, kitting, picking, packing and shipping of goods. - Stock and organize parts and inventory in the warehouse to ensure accurate inventory counts and readily accessible materials. - Ensure proper product handling and storage to prevent abuse, misuse, damage or deterioration. - Obtain, prepare aircraft parts for shipment to the Aftermarket customer base. - Maintain an inventory control and management system, including work order closing. - Support all facility regulatory and safety codes.
