Description We are seeking a Make Ready Technician to join our team at the Vineyard Apartments in South County. The Vineyard Apartments is a community of four-hundred eight-six apartments with a mix of one, two bedroom apartments. In coordination with the Manager and Maintenance Supervisor, the Make-Ready Technician's primary responsibility is to insure that all vacated apartments are thoroughly restored to "market ready" status in a timely manner and according to the Manager's timetable. The Make-Ready Technician will carry out assigned duties in a safe manner and other duties as requested by the Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor. The regular schedule for the position is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Conduct all business in accordance with Company policies and procedures, state and federal laws; e.g., EPA, OSHA, ADA, Fair Housing, etc. - Must be knowledgeable of pertinent laws and EPA and OSHA regulations governing proper storage and management of hazardous materials, including solvents, flammables, caustics and refrigerants. - Constantly observes the condition of apartment property throughout the community and immediately reports to Manager any vandalism, propert...
