We are looking for passionate Therapists for both full and part time roles. The ideal candidate will be motivated by joining a quickly growing organization, and excited to help us improve the care experience for patients and providers. Applicants must be licensed to practice and have experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and treat mental health disorders Facilitate sessions with individuals, groups, or families Refer clients to specialists if necessary Create a treatment plan based on each client's needs Monitor client progress during treatment: Examine issues including substance abuse, aging, bullying, anger management, careers, depression, relationships, LGBTQ issues, self-image, stress and suicide Help clients define goals, plan action and gain insight Take a holistic (mind and body) approach to mental health care Diagnose and treat patients from different backgrounds /diverse backgrounds in a respectful manner Document and navi...
