Reports To Director of Clinical Services Primary Purpose Provide virtual speech and language therapy services to Spanish-speaking and bilingual K-12 students with disabilities across partner school districts in Texas. Ensure culturally and linguistically appropriate services aligned with IEPs, IDEA, and Texas Education Code. Deliver high-quality evaluations and interventions that reflect each student's language background and communication needs. Qualifications Education/Certification - Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders - Valid Texas SLP license issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) - Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (CCC-SLP) - Texas Educator Certificate in Speech-Language Pathology (SBEC) preferred if working with public schools - Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency required Special Knowledge/Skills - Knowledge of bilingual language development and cultural-linguistic variables - Ability to conduct bilingual evaluations and deliver Spanish-language therapy - Familiarity with IDEA, Texas Education Code, and ARD/IEP processes - Proficiency in FE...
