What you'll do: As a Senior People Partner, you will support the Head of People Partnering to deliver the Finance people plan across defined areas of the function. You’ll use data and insight to diagnose people and organisational challenges and translate these into clear, actionable interventions. You’ll work closely with leaders to support the delivery of people priorities, including performance, talent, and engagement, and to track progress against key people metrics.
