Career Track: This position is on track to become a Director of Platform Operations or Head of Platform Engineering. About the Role: We are seeking a Manager of Platform Operations to lead the reliability, operations, and infrastructure strategy for the Evoke platform. This role is responsible for overseeing platform stability, release management processes, and operational excellence across our SaaS environment. This individual will lead a small but high-impact team responsible for platform reliability, DevOps practices, infrastructure optimization (performance and cost management), security compliance (SOC 2, GovRAMP, etc.), and large-scale data operations.
