Description Summary: The Default Servicing Group Manager is responsible for overall leadership, management, and operational activities for the Asset Recovery and Remarketing team. Duties and Responsibilities: - Responsible for overall management of asset recovery and remarketing related activities for vehicles, RV and marine loans. - Manages a team of colleagues who are responsible for end-to-end asset recovery and remarketing, including, but not limited to, new assignments, inbound phone staff, redemptions, title work and collateral liquidation via our auction network. - Establishes short and long-term strategic initiatives for the Asset Recover and Remarketing group that are in support of overall corporate goals and objectives. - Develops new policies and procedures which ensure efficiency in operations and compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements. - Provides direction in the establishment and/or implementation of new technologies. - Monitors and reports on overall departmental performance and industry trends. - Effectively manages relationships with internal and external stakeholders, customers, and program partners. - Works closely with cross-functional leaders to...
