Position Summary: Manages, directs and supervises all personnel assigned to Food and Beverage operations. Essential Job Functions: - Manages, directs and supervises all personnel assigned to Food and Beverage operations. - Schedules staffing to appropriate levels within all areas of Food and Beverage. - Consistently reviews and maintains costs within projected levels. - Creates, monitors and maintains a cash control system. - Maintains discussions with the marketing department to determine when special events will be taking place in order to be appropriately staffed. - Coordinates and executes catering and special event functions. - Ensures that all team members within the food and beverage department are properly trained in the performance of their job duties. - Mentors, motivates and supports the Food and Beverage team to ensure development of the team. - Establishes and maintains effective and efficient department procedures and controls and ensures adherence to same by all team members. - Prepares annual budgets, operating forecasts, and other required department reports. - Ensures that all outlets within the Food and Beverage operation are scheduled for appropriate coverage du...
