Job Title: Lariat Advertising Sales Representative AY27 Job Classification: Marketing and Communications, Student Department: Student Publications: Hiring Manager: Terri Evans: Contact: terri_evans@baylor.edu: Work Schedule: Summer - up to 20 hours per week || Fall/Spring - 12 hours per week Desired Length of Employment: Summer/Fall/Spring: Pay Rate: $9.00 per hour: Job Description: Fall & Spring scholarship based on performance of $1,000 - $1,500 per semester Meets with local business owners, departmental directors, managers, coordinators, assistants and liaisons to discuss advertising opportunities across Lariat platforms. Provides strategic guidance on advertising options, helping clients identify effective solutions to reach and engage their target audiences. Actively identifies new sales opportunities, prospecting and building relationships with potential clients. This role involves a combination of in-person meetings, email communication and phone outreach.
