Organization: SCAH-Sutter Care at Home - Lakeside Position Overview: The Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) is a State-approved professional health care worker who provides specialized tasks within the established plan of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT). The PTA performs selected measurement procedures and implements treatment programs for home health and hospice patients who have been evaluated by a Physical Therapist. The PTA is responsible for documentation of patient care activities provided and performs special projects as assigned.
