Join us as a Solution Designer and lead the technical story from idea to reality! As a Solution Designer at Element Logic, you turn customer needs into smart, high-performing intralogistics solutions. Positioned at the heart of the Sales team, you shape innovative concepts across our technology portfolio—including AutoStore, conveyors, AMRs, and more—transforming complex challenges into scalable, real-world solutions. You own the technical journey from early concept through detailed design and go-live, ensuring solutions are validated, efficient, and aligned with both customer operations and Element Logic standards. From creating system layouts and 3D designs to coordinating suppliers and collaborating closely with Sales, Application Consultants, and project teams, you play a key role in delivering end-to-end solutions. Responsibilities: Stay up to date on Element Logic’s product portfolio and represent it throughout the sales process — from lead to signed contract.
