Summary Envipco is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Production Supervisor. The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the assembly of Envipco’s Reverse Vending Machines in our US facility. This includes leading a team of mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblers in the production of new and refurbished equipment. Additional responsibilities will include leading the team in following operational processes and adhering to quality and safety standards, as well as maintaining production flow, efficiency, and adherence to the daily/weekly/monthly schedule. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Lead the production line in daily operations in the assembly of new and refurbished Reverse Vending Machines. This includes ensuring that Production meets all schedule requirements, goals, and customer demand, while monitoring efficiency and addressing any potential bottlenecks or delays. Monitor the assembly of components and machines across all platforms to ensure compliance with Envipco’s quality standards and the goal of delivering machines to Quality Inspection ‘Right the First Time’.
