The Assembler Coordinator assists the supervisor in meeting production goals by performing a variety of semi-skilled manual duties, requiring knowledge of techniques, tools, equipment, and safety precautions. The role involves exercising independent judgment and ensuring work is performed at a quality level consistent with Wabash’s standard practice. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: B elow are examples of the type of duties you could be responsible for: - Primary duty is to assist supervisor to meet production goals as outlined by the supervisor. - Leading a team of hourly employees. - To perform a variety of semi-skilled manual duties requiring knowledge of techniques, tools, equipment and safety precautions. - To adhere to and enforce the general safety plan. - May be required to do other duties as requested by supervisor. - Primary job functions require exercising independent judgement. - Ensures work is performed at a quality level consistent with Wabash’s standard practice. - Good attendance is critical, and coordinator is required to report all absences directly to supervisor. - Must be willing and able to work overtime.
