Procurement Category Manager (HR & Financial Services)

Job description

The Procurement Category Manager leads the end-to-end management of a portfolio of strategic, high-value suppliers supporting HR and Finance corporate teams . This role is responsible for shaping and executing category strategies that enhance business performance, strengthen resilience, and deliver long-term value. It requires a strong understanding of supplier markets, commercial models, and risk management, with clear accountability for supplier performance, governance, and value realization. The successful candidate proactively identifies cost optimization opportunities, mitigates risk, and effectively influences senior stakeholders to align procurement initiatives with broader business objectives. Support the company’s acquisition & divestment to assure supplier & contract integration activities for the spend categories.
