About the role You will play a key role in supporting our Chief People Officer, acting as a trusted partner to enable them to operate at pace and with maximum impact. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the CPO operates at the heart of the organisation, and this role will provide critical support in navigating that environment. This is a highly visible position, sitting at the centre of the People function, where you will also provide administrative and coordination support to the broader HR leadership team. You will work closely with other Executive Assistants and senior stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment, seamless coordination, and effective communication at the executive level. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities, while also contributing to the organisation and delivery of key People initiatives. This includes managing complex scheduling, preparing high-quality presentations and materials, coordinating leadership meetings, and supporting the planning and delivery of internal events.
