Essential Functions Statement(s): - Directs and coordinates daily activities of the 3PL warehouse to ensure that the quality and accuracy of shipping and receiving meet and exceed the expectations of our customers. - Responds positively and quickly to customer concerns, and corrects potential problems before they affect customers. - Communicates daily with customers to discuss service needs and implements processes and procedures to achieve service requirements. - Ensures that appropriate policies and procedures and SOPs are being adhered to by all Team Members and managers. - Confers in the development and implementation of company policies, procedures, goals, and objectives, with Company and customer officials, as necessary. - Develops and executes business plans, budgets, and goals with Corporate and Customer representatives. - Reviews progress as compar...
