RK&K is seeking a highly skilled Traffic Engineer / Traffic Design Project Engineer with expertise in work zone traffic control , traffic control device design , and ITS applications . This role supports high‑impact projects through open‑end contracts with state and local agencies, contributing to safer, more efficient, and more technologically advanced transportation systems. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and help shape statewide policies, designs, and strategies that improve operations across all modes of travel. With growing emphasis on work zone safety, evolving Federal and State requirements, and the rapid integration of new technologies, we are expanding our team to meet increasing demand.
