The Product Manager, Marketing serves as the point person for all aspects of assigned products, leading product marketing strategy, lifecycle management, and go‑to‑market execution. Working cross‑functionally with R&D, Sales, Marketing Communications, Finance, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain, this role drives product growth, customer engagement, and long‑term profitability. Essential Job Responsibilities: - Derive customer insights to guide product management strategy. - Lead new product launches and support growth of legacy brands. - Develop unique value propositions aligned with customer needs. - Manage the full product lifecycle, including value pricing, brand laddering, and portfolio optimization. - Validate operational product forecasts within the SIOP/procurement process. - Quantify market opportunities, build business cases, conduct NPV analysis, and identify portfolio gaps and white spaces. - Educate internal sales teams and external partners on product technologies and pipeline. - Collaborate with Sales leadership to create integrated marketing and product plans for key customers. - Design, deploy, and track channel marketing programs, including seller incentiv...
