BSEP Intern – Career Development Opportunity Baystate Health is looking for BSEP Interns to gain valuable hands-on experience in a professional healthcare environment. This role is designed to support your growth, build workplace skills, and provide meaningful exposure to real-world operations while contributing to a collaborative team. Key Responsibilities: - Complete assigned duties as directed by your designated department, in collaboration with your supervisor and based on agreed-upon learning goals. - Participate in all required orientation sessions, training workshops, and professional development activities. - Follow all organizational policies, department procedures, and applicable laws and regulations. - Maintain flexibility and readiness to take on additional responsibilities or related duties as assigned.
